Edit synced tabs and closed tabs icons?

Hi, every once in a while I'm bothered by the location and appearance of the synced tabs and closed tabs buttons, which are incoherent with the style of their neighbors Windows title bar buttons. I'm wondering if and how I can move them near the extension button.
The only relevant thing I found is this archived post where an user asked for a feature to hide these buttons, and the only answer is "you can do it easily" without explaining how. By being it archived it's unfortunately impossible for me to reply there, so here we are

Actually, there are settings to hide / display those two specific buttons:
Unlike most other toolbars, the tab bar is not customizable by moving buttons around. And its buttons cannot be moved to other toolbars anymore than other buttons can be moved to the tab bar.
