I ran on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra a browsers comparison to test the performances of Vivaldi Snapshot and other Web browsers as well as verify the impact of the SoC (on my case did with Snapdragon 8 Gen2 VS Huawei Kirin 9000).

Vivaldi resulted the fastest browser on my benchmarks. I used in the comparison only nightly-beta-dev versions of the browsers:

And this is Vivaldi Snapshot with the Huawei P50 Pro CN:

So... we are on top here too!
