Bookmark Page Icon in Address Bar

Also, I had failed to mention that I am not able to fill anything in the fields either. Lastly after i refresh the page then try to click remove it does not get removed until I refresh the page or go to a different tab then I see it bot highlighted in the bookmark icon.

Hi, some user report the bookmark UI does not update, this happen in the bookmark bar, panel but I am not sure about the bookmark pop up.
A restart of Vivaldi "Fix" this, at least for a while.
