Remove/Disable the Search Bar in Navigation Toolbar
-
is there a way that I can disable the search bar/field on the far right hand side so that it won't show up there any longer in the Navigation Toolbar? Also, is there any way to show the extensions as well toggle extensions icon at the same time versus just showing the toggle extensions only and then I would have to click on it in order to show/use the extensions below?
Thank you,

Hi, no idea about the extension toggle but you can remove the search field or any other field/icon:
Right click on an icon in the address bar, Edit > Customize
The tool bar editor open
Grab the search field and move it out of the address bar, release mouse.
You can really do a lot with toolbars:https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/appearance-customization/edit-toolbars/

@bkhawaja said in Remove/Disable the Search Bar in Navigation Toolbar:
show the extensions as well toggle extensions icon at the same time
Not quite sure what you want, but check out the options in
"Settings/Address Bar - Extension visibility" -
@bkhawaja Alternatively, to save space, go to Settings, Search,
Show as a Button -
Please look at the screen capture. If I select this option then the extensions show up but not the Toggle Extensions Icon. The other screen capture shows toggle all extensions. The toggle extension icon shows up but not the all the extensions that I have. I would like to see both the extensions and the toggle extensions icon at the same time if all possible. The search icon I am aware of that it's just I am used searching from the address bar all along. I hope this is clearer for you to see what I am trying to accomplish.

I am sorry but I am not able to accomplish what you suggested. I don't know what icon in the address bar as I call the whole thing Navigation toolbar which includes the address bar and search bar, the extensions on the top right hand side and the Home and refresh icons on the left. Any way I clicked on the tool bar editor by right clicking on an empty space in the navigation toolbar and I dragged the search bar now it's showing on the bottom of the screen which that made things worse. Can you help me get this fixed with a screen capture if you can.

@bkhawaja And with "Toggle All Extensions" active did you try disabling "Expand Hidden Extensions...."?
Then the display toggles between the "Puzzle Piece" and "Extensions plus Puzzle Piece".

Yes I did. But by doing so I am still unable to see/manage all the extensions when I click on the Puzzle icon which is supposed to do that. I appreciate any input.
