Kaspersky... What?

Talk about useless advertisment or... Real thingie?

@AryanDevasagayaum Well, have you allowed the webcam on
live.com
? Maybe you have allowed it for Teams/Skype? If not, then it's just lying to you to sell a useless product.Unfortunately, this kind of false scare-mongering spam advertising for paid upgrades to "improve privacy" is common with free anti-virus.
Even paid products like Avast Premium sometimes gives me this crap. Every time it does, I make a support request - I'm a paying customer, and I will not accept advertising for their products.
As a free user, this is part of the deal and you have to live with it (unless they're nice enough to give you an option to turn it off, which I doubt...)
Pay for a good product (after testing it), or just use MS Defender which is good enough for most users.
EDIT: Moving this to "Privacy & Security" as it has no relation to Vivaldi.

@Pathduck ,in Windows 7 I used the Panda Dome AV free. Panda show only a banner image in the AV menu to go to the Pro version, nothing else, no annoying Pop-ups or false alerts. It shows in Windows notificacions security Tips and Virus News, but this is optional, you can desactivate it in the settings. But in W!0 there is no need for a third party AV, the current Windows Defender IS one of the best AV

@Pathduck Very complicated, I use Windows Defender, on security sites it easily loses to the main ones on the market, such as ESET, KASPERSKY, NORTON AND BITDEFENDER...
What I think is bad about these antiviruses that do not support bank protection for the VIVALDI browser. great majority have for EDGE, FIREFOX AND CHROME, unfortunately I think it's very bad. I don't know whose fault it is or is it vivaldi or the antivirus products? -
@carlinhosnewstyle Some extensions from antivirus security do not work for Vivaldi. Most producers of such security tools do not want to fix that.
