New tab + button is gone since the past few versions

I had this + button enabled as flag and it's gone since the past few versions. How can I restore it in Vivaldi?

Hi,
Flags are "reset" on many Chromium upgrades.

Look for Temporary and enable any of the 1xx to enable the linked ones.
Restart and search for them.

Flags Development needs a boost from Chromium.

Can't be Exported/Imported natively
They need to be reapplied each mayor version
They are unordered
....

I enabled both temporary flags but the + icon didn't show up and it doesn't seem to be inside Vivaldi settings. Is there any way to force show it? It was extremely useful to open a new tab. Without it this task has become like 3 steps...

Have you Disabled TabBar?

Then it appears only on Grouping

I've mixed some things.

@Zalex108 Thx alot! Enabling adaptive button flag brought it back. Iirc I had enabled this flag previously then again it vanished with the past updates.
Can I now disable the other two temporary flags since the + button is restored now?

Btw; What color code for the same blue color as your app?

Probably is tied to any Temporary enabled.

I always enable all Temporary since I use many Flags and some are under that situation.
Because of that that one could be appeared on my device.

So,
You can try disabling the Temporary and see what happens, the most would be to reenable them again to be able to use it.
