Minor update (4) for Vivaldi Desktop Browser 5.6
-
This update broke extensions in web panels. Stylus no longer works in my web panels
-
anyone have an issue with the bookmark menu not opening when they click on it?
-
Is there any way to prevent upgrades from automatically larding down the bookmarks with all the paid links to sites and services I never use? I strive to keep my bookmarks clean, and I don't like having to remove two dozen added ones after every upgrade.
-
@rbfthomas Yes. Change the name/path of your default startpage. Don't use the default startpage provided with the initial Vivaldi install.

@0kened0 And that's why we don't enable experimental features without understanding what they're there for
-
@0kened0 Portals feature is very, very, very experimental and you are warned by a text on internal settings page when you activate something

But you can only use workspaces with portals enabled.
That's not true. What makes you think that?

No. I had tested internal 5.7's Workspace without enabling Portals.

Scrolling sometimes gets stuck, page is frozen and i can only close tab, this don't fix it, the only fix is to restart browser, this is on Windows 11.
