What if I already have a mastodon account?

I was excited to learn that Mastodon was integrated in Vivaldi. But it looks like the integration works if I join the Vivaldi Social. Is that correct? I already have a Mastodon account but am still very much a learner. Would have to migrate from my current instance to Vivaldi Social to take advantage of the integration?

@abraunw it's no special integration, just a pre-configured side panel default.
Vivaldi Social is using the standard Mastodon software, so any instance can be used in a side panel.

Migrating the account is one option, but if you're happy on the current instance, you can add that instance as a Web Panel, like @becm suggested.

• Open the Mastodon instance you have the account on in a tab.
• Right-click on the page.
• Select "Add Page To Web Panel".
