Translate Panel - Add Portuguese (Brazil) option

Hi Vivaldi!
Brazil has a lot of users and communities of developers (I am also one) and I think it would be really great adding the language Portuguese (Brazil) on the dictionary options.
I also know that there are a lot of folks from my country that would be really astonished using this browser

Vivaldi uses the service Lingvanex for the translation. It fully supports Portuguese but not pt-br.
https://lingvanex.com/language-features/I've always been curious, what are the differences between written Portuguese and Portuguese (BR)? From a quick research there is not much difference in the written language, differences are mostly in pronounciation.

However, with the entry into force of the Orthographic Agreement of 1990 in Portugal and in Brazil since 2009, these differences were drastically reduced."

Oh, this bit about PT-BR and PT-PT being as similar as EN-US and EN-GB is just not correct.
We use different conjugations for tenses, have many differences in vocabulary (Brazilian Portuguese incorporated a lot from native, african and and the bordering spanish populations) and son on.
Reading in european portuguese can be really uncomfortable. Technically, everything that's correct in it is also correct in brazilian portuguese, but the most common forms there are almost as a dead language here. For instance, take a simple sentence like:
"Hello guys, I need your help"
In Brazil, it'd be something like:
"Olá pessoal! Preciso da ajuda de vocês"
And in Portugal:
"Boas, malta! Precisava da vossa ajuda."
It's just not the same sentence.
