I meet some annoy bug in Vivaldi mobile browser

I think all icon in any website have same problem, especially some website (like help.vivaldi.com in those pic, ambr.top ,etc) almost being destroyed and unusable is this a detected bug or not? i've using with this bug for like 5-6 months already. Sometime this bug disappear, but come back in 1-2 days
My device: Xiaomi 11T Pro -android 12 - SKQ1.211006.001 - MIUI 13.0.6 - on good status (updated, no virus or weird apps)
i'm sync with my home PC, my thinkpad laptop and one Sony xz premium, all work well except this xiaomi phone.
I found that this bug not appear when i use vivaldi snapshot, but im just start using it for 5-6 hours. I hope to hear some reply soon

Hi, one use report this issue but I cant reproduce it with Stable and Snapshot. A bug is also reported but not confirmed.
The user use address bar at bottom, too.
