There was an issue with one of our services that resulted in locking some accounts - which was unintentional. We have managed to fix the issue and unlocked all affected accounts. We've taken some measures to prevent this from happening again in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@Firas12 Same thing here. I was locked out yesterday and have idea why. I also sent a message to support and received an auto reply.
I assumed I'd find a text or email to reset using double authentication first thing this morning but I got bupkis. I sent another message first thing this morning and have received no action as of early this evening.
The auto reply suggested I review the help page with suggested I send a message to support. As I mentioned, I promptly did so. the other suggestion was to visit the forum. Unfortunately, I couldn't post as I'm LOCKED OUT. I attempted opening a new account using my backup email but couldn't as I apparently can't use my backup email as it's used with the account which is LOCKED OUT.
So I dug up a very old email address to create this account. Yes, indeed, I am somewhat frustrated.

@lockedout My account was unlocked this morning. OK, things happen and we'll move on.
However, I was given no specifics as to why I was locked out although I asked. I was told the tools are not perfect. Methinks I strongly agree with that statement.
I do think two days for a resolution is excessive when one is locked out for unknown reasons. And it seems notice should be sent to either my Vivaldi or backup account that the account is being locked. I knew my client wasn't processing my mail but didn't know of the lock out until I attempted to access my Vivaldi email through web mail.
I've used Vivaldi email for years with no problem. I was seriously not amused by being locked out for two days.
