Using vivaldi://sync-internals to sync tabs but only syncing 1/10 tabs

My secondary device, another phone isn't syncing all tabs even though I'm using the above URL to force it. Trying to access tabs across devices

Am I the only one with this issue? Now it's simply not showing any tabs from the other device. One shows one. Both have open several tabs. I just updated botj installations, no success

Hi, one user report it and I cant reproduced it at this time but now I cant my Android device at all.
Restart Vivaldi, trigger sync, restart the whole device does not help.I use the snapshot version but I can test with the stable version later.

I reanimated my old Umidigi One with Android 8.1 and I can see 15 from 18 tabs on my Android 12 device.
I can only see one device on the desktop installation.
There are two bug reports about tab sync and send to other device, both confirmed.
