Deleted Feeds Reappear on Restarting Vivaldi

I permanently deleted a whole bunch of feeds after subscribing to some YouTube Channels.

I used Shift+Delete to delete them permanently.

After restarting Vivaldi, they all reappeared.

Apparently, one has to mark them all as read before deleting them to stop them reappearing.

Is this the expected behaviour?

tldr: it's a bug since beginning, don't delete the feeds from trashbin for duplicating

I am not deleting the feeds, just the messages.

It could be a bug, or a feature.
