Bug: tab switcher isn't opened upon Swiping up/down

Usually no response upon swiping up/down (with bottom/top address bar)

@lilacKaZ, I am pretty sure that your Fullscreen mode is also broken... Am I right?

@bswn where can I access full screen mode? I didn't see that in settings.

@lilacKaZ Turn off setting "Always show controls" and when scrolling up a website, your tabs and address bar will disappear...that's Fullscreen mode

@lilacKaZ you have to swipe on the adress bar alone... Not on tabs...
Maybe that's the problem...

@bswn Exactly. I have "always show controls" off but never see anything hidden when scrolling on
Xperia 5 m2 Android 12Normal on Xperia XZs Android 8 (fullscreen OK, hide control OK)

@lilacKaZ then, you have two issues now... Swiping down/up and Fullscreen mode.... If your Fullscreen mode solved, swiping down/up will be solved.
And the problem is Fullscreen mode broken is not in all Android device (intermittent)... So, if the Vivaldi developer can't reproduce it, then it is not a bug
