Denon AVR gives error every single time.

Hi all
how can i get rid of these error msgs?
I have Denon AVR connected with lan and when i open its page it gives these error each time i open Vivaldi as i have pinned this page..In previous versions of vivaldi these errors were like once a month but now each startup of Vivaldi.
thx in advance

@iam1simpleguy I guess the cookie which is used for login does invalidate after closing Vivaldi, that is why you get the error page every time.
And a IP can never have a valid SSL certificate, only a hostname/domain. That cause the error page.
Do not use https://..... and all should be ok.
Or use Advanced → "Proceed to 192.168...." -
In addition to the above, I struggle to understand why a AVR local network device needs to use TLS (secure connection) at all.
I have an older Denon AVR (X4100W), and it has a web settings UI but HTTPS has never worked anyway, might not even be used for settiings.
It has a self-signed cert with a
CN=avr.denon.jp
and expired in 1999 (it's not that old!) so even if I added the IP to the hosts file and used the host name it will still be invalid... -
@DoctorG thx for quick reply
but using without http gives this errorand like u said or use advanced proceed to 192. clickable comes after i click on Advanced.so that is 2 clicks after each Vivaldi startup.

@iam1simpleguy Well, does it work as expected in other browsers?
What is the model of your AVR? Must be a relatively new one if it insists on using HTTPS and no HTTP.
Have you read in the manual if there's any way for it to listen to plain HTTP?
When you proceed to the page itself, click the Site Info (padlock) button, click "certificate is not valid" (or similar error), and make a screenshot (Alt+PrintScreen) of the certificate dialog.

Then this is officially a Denon problem, not a Vivaldi one...
Thanks for the screenshots. It's certainly a newer unit than mine.
The only manual entry I found relating was:
https://manuals.denon.com/avrx3600h/eu/en/RQIFSYzprtydut.php
For example, if the IP address of this unit is “192.168.100.19”, enter “http://192.168.100.19
”.There is no mention of using HTTPS. I suggest you change your bookmark to use HTTP.
There might in theory be possible to add the unit's CN name to the Windows
hosts
file and then add the certificate to the trusted store, to make the HTTPS connection work, but this is a quite involved process. -
@Pathduck I have already tried that and it shows this error if i use HTTP
thx again for helping.I guess i have to click twice to get into Denon page now.
