Netflix Closed Captions
-
Hello,
Recently I have had big issues with the closed caption in a Vivaldi browser when playing a Netflix video.
When a movie is playing and I have closed caption on, the captions show for fractions of a second, and or have codes bracketing them. Like this:
<span style="font-size: 32px; line-height: normal; color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-shadow: rgb(0, 0, 255) 0px 0px 7px; font-family: "Netflix Sans", "Helvetica Nueue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bolder; display: none;">[zombies growling]span> [zombies growling]
If I play the same video in another browser, they work correctly.
This is a new issue.. I have used Vivaldi for a pretty long time.
(Closed captions work on Amazon videos, YouTube and HBO)
I have tried many things like deleting browsing history, cache, deleting everything...
Thanks!

@Scipio65 I use Linux not windoze, so maybe the problem you mentioned is somehow uniquely windoze-based, but just in case it's not, fwiw:
Subtitles:
Subtitles CC:
I've never used CC before, only ordinary subtitles, so i dunno if what i've pasted above is normal or not.

Everything? Does that mean also testing in a clean test profile?
