Does Vivaldi still partner with DuckDuckGo for it's tracker/ad blocking that is built-in to the browser?

You can any time delete all sources related to DDG in browser's settings.

@kurai Can you explain that further, please? I don't see any such settings.

Go to Settings / Privacy / Tracker and Ad Blocking and press button Manage sources. In section Tracker Blocking Sources disable or remove DDG Tracker Radar and enable Easy Privacy.

Personally I use the plethora of lists available on github
eg.
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AdguardTeam/FiltersRegistry/master/filters/filter_14_Annoyances/filter.txt
or
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/master/filters/badware.txt -
@treego Also you can switch to another search engine. Go to Settings / Search and choose one from the list of search engines.

(Maybe Vivaldi can creat a own instance one day, using Whoogle or SearX)
I don't think that's a good idea! That could cause the Vivaldi company some legal trouble, and sour Vivaldi's relationship with search-engine companies. Wrose: All of Whoogle and SearX could get drawn into that legal trouble.
