For now, as long as your system supports SSE2, then yes.

What is SSE2 plesae tell me

    It's a set of CPU instructions ;)
It looks like Vivaldi rendering engine (Blink) needs CPU that handles them and OS with capability to access them

As ROTFL stated, it's a set of CPU instructions. To know if your CPU has SSE2, just google your specific CPU model number and add "SSE2 support" to the search terms, and one of the early results will state that your CPU has it, or doesn't.

And if you don't know or can't find your CPU model number, you can download a little utility called CPUZ (aka CPUID) and run it, and it will tell you.

And for some videos you may need hardware acceleration (HWA).
HWA may depend on your hardware like graphic card (GPU) or driver and CPU.

Most pages will work with such old XP, but not all.

  • @chusghoz Just Upgrade your Windows with latest version. i hope you do not need any support after install SP 3 Windows. http://atozfiles.com/softwares/getintopc-windows-xp-service-pack-3-iso/
