Self-Blocking for Focus

I recently switched to Vivaldi from Chrome, and I'm largely loving it so far.
When I used chrome, I used the productivity blocker 1Focus to block certain websites for whatever period of time. Other productivity blockers you might have heard of include SelfControl and Freedom.
1Focus isn't working for me with Vivaldi, which I assume is because of privacy settings. Are there any settings I can tweak so it could work? Does anyone use a similar blocker successfully?
Any recommendations would be appreciated!

@bat201 I couldn't tell you for sure - I don't have a Mac and can't test. However, I found this on https://onefocusapp.com
It seems like something you have to change in the 1Focus app, and not in Vivaldi

@legobuilder26 Thanks! That makes sense. I should've checked. I assumed it was compatible with all chromium browsers. Might have to switch out of Vivaldi again if I can't find a replacement.
Hopefully someone else has a suggestion of what to use.

@bat201 It mentions that you can block other browsers - I'm not sure how. You could try emailing support:
