Impossible to bet on bet365

When I log in my profile and click any bet the page automatically reload and disconnect me... I need to use chrome just for this and it's quite annoying...

@pesala I tried directly incognito mode without any extension/adblocker and the problem was still there.

@DoctorG it's similar but I don't get any error from the website like the guy in that post so maybe it's a different issue. (don't really know thought)

I tried signing up with a bogus account, and it does indeed throw the user out when placing a bet. Doesn't look like an adblocker/cookies/extension issue either, tested in a clean profile.

Tested in Vivaldi 5.1 Stable: Same thing happens
Tested in Chromium 100: Same thing happens
Tested in Chrome 100: Works
Tested in Edge 100: Works
Tested in Firefox 99: Works
Tested in Opera 86: Works

So, strange issue. Maybe a Chromium bug, or they are doing some stupid browser UA sniffing.

Also seems like nobody's actually bothered to report a bug so please do. I doubt there's not a lot Vivaldi can do but they can investigate and maybe forward the issue to Chromium devs.

I recommend also contacting the site support, you are a paying customer after all, and there should be no difference in how Vivaldi works here.

Once clicking one of the bets (I'm assuming that's what I do at least...), it makes an XHR request to /addbet and then immediately throws an error and logs the user out.

It also throws an error message telling the user to contact them:
