Is there anyway to see or check my "Copy" history inside V ?

i wrote something long , and copied it , and then i forgot and did a copy to another thing so i lost my past copied one ,
i want to know if there's anyway to check or or see my past copy history or back 2 steps to my earlier copy without using or adding any kind of extensions ?
