Recovery email not changed after changing it.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I couldn't find a forum for account support.
I changed my recovery email, but my profile settings still show the old email address. Even after refreshing the browser with ctrl+F5, it doesn't change.
Who do I contact to help with this?

Did you confirm the change via a link in an email sent to the new recovery email?
If you did confirm the update, what if you log out and in again?

Yes, I confirmed the change in the email.
I also have logged out, deleted all vivaldi domain cookies, and logged back in. Still no change. I also had added a phone number as well, and it's not showing up.In a related matter, I discovered this when I was trying to create a second account, and couldn't use the desired email because Vivaldi says it's already in use. However, the email on my account doesn't show that email.
It seems that some wires are crossed somewhere.
