@lesk Set up email only for the second profile. then when you want mail, open that profile. You can hide anything in that profile that you want to, that's not mail.

To keep the dedicated mail window "email only" is there a way to route any requests from other applications to open a website to a specific profile (i.e. not the email window)?

@lesk I'm not sure. I don't use profiles.

@lesk links handled by Vivaldi from outside (links in other apps) are (in my experience) opened in the last active window, regardless of profile.
So, a link could open in your mail profile, for instance, if that was the last window of Vivaldi you used.
It would be super helpful if you could designate a profile to handle the random incoming sources, but it's basically up to the user proactively clicking in the window they want a link to open in first, then clicking the link in whatever app.
