some indian govt websites not opening/displaying properly

Some Indian Govt websites and NSDL, UTI, CSC, web site are not displaying properly and some times fail to login to their websites (at that time they opening in Edge and Google chrome.

Some urls might help us non-indians to at least look at the display problem(s).
Of course testing log-ins is a different matter!Have you tried the trouble shooting help ?

@guduruvenkateswararao We need links (but won't help for the login) also you should try disabling the adblocker while testing them.
