Bitwarden no longer able to recognise page address.
-
Previously, my Bitwarden password manager app could recognise the site address and suggest appropriate log ins. With a recent update, something has changed and now it only wants to suggest Vivaldi.net instead of using the site address.
This appears to be on Vivaldi's end as it has received several app updates while Bitwarden has not. Additionally, a similar issue was present for LastPass, which was partially why I switched to bitwarden on the first place!

I have the same issue. After update to Vivaldi 5, the bitwarden is not able to get page address.
-
I haven't seen that issue with Bitwarden on Android so it's not a universal problem, however there is another Bitwarden bug hitting desktop browsers in the last couple of days. They may have changed something at the back end trying to fix that, impacting the sync.

Same for me.
Actual behaviour:
Bitwarden shows me an error like "There are no items in your vault for --"Expected behaviour:
show correct domain like "There are no items in your vault for example.com"Tested on:
Vivaldi for Android (stable, 5.1.2567.36)
Vivaldi Snapshot for AndroidBitwarden for Android (stable, 2.16.1 (4306) and beta)
note: Vivaldi Snapshot 5.0.2498.7-524980007 isn't affected.
IMO It may caused in Vivaldi 5.1, not bitwarden's backend issue.

Same here.
Vivaldi 5.1 broke Bitwarden autofill -> "There are no items in your vault for --"

Hi, does anybody report this to the bug tracker?
The forum it to verify an issue but the developer don´t read the forum on a regular basis.Cheers, mib

@hota submit a bug report: VAB-5350

I used Bitwarden in the past and switched to Authenticator at some point.
I am not trying to convert anybody, but I decided to do a little log off/log on experiment here at this forum and this worked just fine.
From my perspective Vivaldi 5.1 manages to pass on the url to Authenticator which in it's turn offers me the correct login credentials to log in again. Just like things worked a few weeks ago. -
This post is deleted! -
@ratmuffin The same happens for me. But it tries to suggest "--." instead of for vivaldi.net.
-
It seems to be fixed on Vivaldi Snapshot 5.2.2584.2

Good news: Fixed in latest version of Vivaldi for Android, 5.1.2567.52
