Opera Coast similar browser before iOS

Hi guys,
I loved the Opera Coast browser for mobile devices. The only mobile browser that was actually designed and suitable for mobile use.
I basically loved it and I found it really easy to use, even though I can't move my fingers due to paraplegia. All those little menu items and tabs are a horror for me.
On the desktop, a trackball helps me. On mobile devices, I have to rely on big buttons and swiping back and forth. That works fine.
And that is, after all, the basic way these devices work at operating system level.
Why not build a browser derived from this design?
