@babettey Hello. I suggest you slow down, relax and try to gather your thoughts. Take one thing at a time. Restart your computer to have a fresh start if you've not already done so, it might even solve some problems.
Make a concise list of the issues you're having and what steps you've taken to try to resolve them. Don't mix issues together.
Try not to use too much exposition when describing a problem. We're mostly technical folk here, and if it's one thing technical folk don't like, it's having to read between the lines to understand what someone is talking about.
