Solved My entire speed dial page is empty! ALL the thumbnails from years back.... gone. Please help me restore, if at all possible.

I did not realize that there was a "Trash" folder -- and thankfully I hadn't emptied it yet!

The Speed Dial sites that I was looking for were right there.

Vivaldi is the best browser that I've ever used -- and I've used probably 5 or 6 of the top 7 browsers extensively.
