Solved Windows Firewall

Been away from Vivaldi for a bit but Iam back. Installed 64 bit version using it now but every so often Firewall warning comes up, saying parts of Vivaldi not allowed through so I allow it. Keeps coming up went to Windows Firewall not installed at all tried to install it, can't find it. Not in Program files or X86, did a search not their, where is it installed and why cant I find it to let through the firewall?

ok I did find where it is but windows Firewall is not allowing me to add it from that location saying invalid install path. I uninstalled and reinstalled same thing. C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\Application
