5.0 on Chromebook consistently crashes (Aw, Snap! page)
-
Today I installed Vivaldi on my Chromebook through Google Play. After syncing with my account, I clicked the button to start browsing only to find that the start page immediately crashed with the "Aw, Snap!" page after loading. I tried other websites, including some internal URLS (such as vivaldi://game and about:blank) and all of them crashed as well. I tried using incognito, clearing storage, clearing cache, disabling sync, logging out, restarting my Chromebook, and reinstalling. I also tried installing the Vivaldi snapshot without changing any settings and that crashed as well.
I've uploaded a screen recording of the crash here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jQNwzfX-3maI_N_UYWEJq0qriMSM6KQT/view?usp=sharing
As for things that don't crash: Clicking on the Vivaldi icon and going to Settings doesn't crash, and neither does going to the bookmarks/history/notes/downloads panels. It's only the actual webpages that seem to crash.
Some more info:
Application version: Vivaldi Browser Snapshot 5.0.2498.7
Operating system: Android 9, ASUS Chromebook C202SA Build/R97-14324.27.0
Chrome OS Version: 97.0.4692.36 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)If it helps, I have developer mode enabled and crouton installed, so I can look at Android app files and such if necessary. Let me know if there's any other information I can provide via log files, more testing, etc. I'd really like to be able to use Vivaldi on my Chromebook. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Is this a Vivaldi problem or is Google using a nasty sauce that prevents Vivaldi from working?
