Can't add a chrome extension because the Chrom Web Shop lands in a "consent" loop:

I wonder wheter I am the first to get this result.
Searching the web didn't lead to an answer.

Even when I click "agree" (to every Google bull shit) it returns to the same consent page - the loop:

• Are you accepting cookies from google.com ?
• Are you running any extensions that might also block cookies?
• Have you checked Settings > Privacy that Web Store is enabled under Google Extensions?

(Actually I meanwhile managed to transfer the AddOn by synchronisation from Vivaldi from another device ...)
