The chat box does not show up on YouTube. Or it takes a long time to load.

It's been behaving strangely since I updated to the new Vivaldi and can change the theme a lot.
The live chat section is particularly deadly on YouTube.
Comments in the chat section no longer appear at all, or take a very long time to load.
I want to roll back.

Of course, I deleted all extensions, deleted cookies, etc., but it didn't bring it back.
It works fine in Google Chrome, so it's obviously a problem on Vivaldi's side.
