Settings-Privacy-Broadcast IP for Best WebRTC Performance

For some reason, when I uncheck the box: "Broadcast IP for Best WebRTC Performance", it stays that way until I exit Vivaldi. When I reenter, however, the box is now checked again.

Is this a bug? Should it not stay unchecked permanently?

@reese The flag may also be controlled by extensions, if so they will always activate it in the browser to enable their control.

If you want the control to be handled by the browser, you need to disable WebRTC control in all extensions (Ublock, Privacy Badger etc).
