исправьте . если поставить расширение с google c https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=ru / нельзя поменять маштаб окошка расширения ,если его вызвать . например я скачал и поставил Метамаск . когда вызывается метамаск то нехватает окошка и книпки метамаск внизу .пояявления метамаск тоже не удобно сделано . сделайте. в закладках. нельзя папку в закладках перемещать мышкой в другое место в закладках. на начало ,если много закладок и они справа ушли вниз.

BUT. why . then this Metamask work very good in "google chrome browser " and "opera browser " where good work zoom in /out window , in the extension / in google chrome i can zoom in/out but vivaldi i can not

Hi, Vivaldi use a different user interface than Chrome/Edge/Opera, if an extensions is based on the standard user interface it gets problems with Vivaldi.
The extension developers can check what happen and can work on it, some extension developer work together with Vivaldi to solve these problems.
Vivaldi can not do this.
