Widevine not working in 1080p

On amazon prime the videos are not seen in 1080p resolution, but are only in HD. I tried to update the Widevine Content Decryption Module component but it doesn't update showing the phrase "component not updated". How can I fix to watch videos on Netflix and Amazon Prime in 1080p?

@matt91 As i remember, both providers use special video encryption which can not be decoded without paying annual fees from Vivaldi Tech. to Netflix and Amazon.

If i test DRM in this page https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm, i can see a trial video in all format (also 1080p). How it is possible? -
@matt91 License restrictions with annual fees per installation, Vivaldi can not afford at this time.
