Deleted Bookmarks Keep Coming Back

I am having issues when I delete a bulk amount of bookmarks they keep coming back even after deleting them.
I have tried reinstalling Vivaldi and manually adding bookmarks back but then Vivaldi re-syncs and then creates doubles and sometimes up to quintuple copies of my old bookmarks.
I have also tried "Reset Remote Data" and that still does not work.
It's as if Vivaldi's sync server is not getting the message to delete all my old sh** so it re-syncs it back again after I log back in and I have even tried to go as far as making a backup of my user data folder and deleting the old one then "Reset Remote Data" then re-doing my Encryption Key and even my password then restoring my User Data backup and re-syncing so the server only has the latest bookmarks and all still to no avail.PLEASE HELP I'M GOING INSANE AND EVEN CONSIDERING JUST GOING BACK TO CHROME and I really don't want to because Vivaldi is so highly customizable

@slysnake96 Did you empty the Bookmarks Trash folder? If you "delete" a bookmark without emptying Trash then sometimes Sync will restore them.

Yes, after deleting the bookmarks that I don't want I always clear the trash folder but they just keep coming back whenever sync happens. -

It is possible to have a second (or more) synced device? I had the same problem with an extension that keep coming back. To solve the problem i opened OFFLINE every synced device and deleted the extension.

I use Vivaldi on my PC and smart phone but I am not logged in on my smart phone so it should not be syncing with my PC.
I have even reset server data and logged out of Vivaldi on my PC but it still keeps multiplying my bookmarks.
I now have over 5000 duplicated bookmarks.@mib2berlin
I have already reported this to bug tracking before posting on here but I have not yet received any word back about it.
Also all these bumps is because it's been 7 days with only one reply on this thread until now. -

OK, I re read your first post and now with the number 5000 it is really different to my first though.
It was, you delete 3 bookmarks and they come back.
Did you reset remote data, then delete bookmarks, then start sync again?Cheers, mib

Yes when I delete any bookmarks and clear them from the deleted folder they come back again and keep doubling each time.
Yes I have reset remote data and deleted all bookmarks then re-synced.
I have tried that multiple times but they just keep coming back doubled.
Even when I turn off syncing then log out completely the bookmarks will keep coming back doubled each time even when I'm logged out. -
