I have several browsers installed but since my default and most used is Vivaldi it was the one that first produced the error. I am trying to login to my Walgreens.com account and I receive an error "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but this service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.". After trying all troubleshooting steps (turned off all extensions, new user, private window, etc) I tried using Microsoft Edge and got the same error. I get this error with browser Microsoft Edge (extensions turned off), Vivaldi (extensions turned off), Cent (extensions turned off), and Chrome (no extensions). Firefox and old IE 11 work fine. I also logged in to my Administrator account and using portable version of Chrome had same error. So any browser using the Chromium engine is receiving this error. Final test was to use my wife's PC with Cent browser and hers worked. This shows that it isn't Walgreens having an issue with these browsers. I've Google searched and can't find anything that might be shared in the HKLM registry section.

@rcarter515 I think the first thing to do (if you haven't done so already) is confirm that the problem really is on your end. Maybe the Walgreens server had a problem, and they fixed it by the time you tried it on your wife's computer. Try it again on your computer and see if it works.

@eggcorn I'm constantly testing and troubleshooting. Disabled Malwarebytes and its extension and my AV Bitdefender. Seems like there is some common setting in the registry that affects Chromium browsers. I've tested again on 2 other computers on my network and both work with Edge and Cent browsers. Both have MalwareBytes and Bitdefender like mine.
Tested mine again and it's still a no go. Still think it is some HKLM entry that all these browsers use.

@rcarter515 How long have you been unable to log into Walgreens?
-
@eggcorn I don't know. I do know that I always use Vivaldi and setup my and another member for the pharmacy. Haven't been able to login for the several weeks I've tried. Even using IE Tab extension gets the same error. I had Walgreens on chat but after waiting for 21 people ahead of me it disconnected before I got an answer. This error message has been reported at various sites over time but no one has reported what might have fixed it.
It has to be my machine as I can use Edge on 2 other computers in the house and works OK. I've checked to make sure I don't have any group policies set, turned off anti-virus and firewall. Installed Chrome portable as a test and with no extensions it also didn't work. I think simplest thing to do is use Firefox.

@rcarter515 Oh, several weeks. If this had only been happening for a day or two, I'd have suggested waiting a few days and seeing if the problem fixes itself.
Anyway: You should run a virus-scan as a precaution, since the problem seems to be on your computer and it's across multiple browsers. Viruses can cause strange behavior like that.

Just tried using my Administrator login and Walgreens works with Edge on that side. It hasn't before but still can't on my side so it is specific to my HKCU and other settings. Will investigate further.

@rcarter515 Have you gone through all the troubleshooting steps?
https://help.vivaldi.com/desktop/troubleshoot/troubleshooting-issues/Have you contacted Walgreens support?
Have you looked in Devtools (F12), Network tab and Console tab for errors and blocked requests?
Please also explain the exact steps you use when you get the error.

@pathduck Here is a snippet from the console while in Vivaldi. Edge shows exact thing.

@rcarter515 Doesn't really say much, apart from what we already know. A HTTP 403 Forbidden for the POST method means something went wrong in authentication. 403 is a client-side error, but might as well be caused by server problems.
Again, best bet is probably to contact the site support, if it fails in all browsers it's not specific to Vivaldi.
I'll try signing up for an account if they'll allow EU customers, never know with these US sites...
EDIT: I signed up with a temp email, seems no problems logging in with Vivaldi. -
