redirected you too many times.

Greetings,
I looked for this error, but never really found a good solution that's worked for me.
I use an application called Organizr V2. It allows me to group up some other applications and open them inside an I-Frame.
This is all hosted internally on my media server.
I get "127.0.0.1 redirected you too many times." when I try an open 1 single application.
Now I can open this same application in it's own tab, no problem , "http://127.0.0.1:9117/UI/Dashboard"
but it will not open under the Organizr i-frame.
This works no problem in Chrome, Brave and Firefox...but I was trying to pair down to 1 single browser and I really like Vivaldi, however, if I can't open all my apps in the i-frame it defeats the purpose of even using it to begin with.
Clearing the cookies, setting up exceptions for blocking for the internal IP, 127.0.0.1 and even localhost - makes no difference. I turned off any kind of blocking at all (at least I think). Does not work under a private browser either.
Any ideas?

@thanatos0042 Which error is shown in Developer Tools → Console when the request fails?

I'm not sure I see an actual error -
Look in the picture for "Tab Function - Loading new tab for Jackett"
That's when I load up that page that gives me the too many redirect errors.
The crbug does appear when I close the whole browser, open it up, go to organizr and open the jackett app...it appears right below where it loads the new tab for jackett
and thanks for the welcome
