Solved Racing my CPU: "Utility: Speech recognition service"

Certain websites seem to generate the Vivaldi task called "Utility: Speech recognition service" as seen in the screenshot. This task creates an extremely high CPU loading for me, as you can see in the CPU column, and races the CPU, increasing its temperature nominally 15 degrees C.
If I end the task in the Vivaldi Task Manager, all is well, and everything returns to normal. However, remaining at the website reinstates the task and I am off to the races again.
I am not implying there is an issue with Vivaldi. I just want to know how to defeat this utility task from being called by the website. It doesn't do anything for me insofar as my use is concerned. I guessing this has chrome origins. Vivaldi version 4.2.2406.25

@deneban The work-around for this excessive CPU activity and memory consumption is to deactivate "Live Caption" in "chrome://settings/accessibility". This thread can be marked as "solved".
