The site does not load at all, tried it with no extentions but still nothing!

Same here:
Open chrome://settings and search for the bet364 cookies, delete them.
You can also check with a guest profile: https://help.vivaldi.com/article/guest-view/
It is a black profile and exclude all settings, cookies and extensions.Cheers, mib
