I kinda sorta admire this objective dedication to helping another, manifested by our resolute duck, despite IMO the distasteful nature of the site in question.
If i have my way, come the revolution [yeah yeah, yada yada
] then sites like that will cease to be, ergo obviating the OPs problem.

@giranggi lol, this post I 'd missed made me click on the profile icon for the first time...
very good
(I can see a trend here, maybe one should follow...)

We have no idea whatsoever what you might mean.
Flutter, flutter...

OMZ, she's still superb!
https://mashable.com/article/nandi-bushell-tom-sawyer-rush-neil-peart
Given she's still so young now, & considering how ridiculously young she was when the world first came to know of her, she seems to be a pretty persuasive tick on the "nature" side of the "nature vs nurture" debate.
-
@guigirl Some people really are born with it. I can recall when I was in kindergarten helping my sister with her third grade Math(s) homework. Not that any of us would find it hard today I hope, but that's what I was born with.

5.0 and 5.1 are simply a scam
Absolutely correct. A day after i installed V, my bank account was emptied, my cryptocurrencies vanished, & my goldfish ate my cat.
Never using this dangerous browser again!

These physicists & geologists are just so silly. Instead of all this pointless experimentation & hypothesising, i simply dunno why they just don't take the obviously more logical & straight-forward option. Why not simply follow the tunnel through the volcano, & walk all the way down [/up?] into the centre, to see for themselves? I mean, duh!
For goodness’ sake they're useless, these so-called scientists. I mean, what more do they want? There's a readily available 1864 instruction manual just waiting for them, & if these inept millennials can't be arsed to actually read it, then why not at least watch the 1959 documentary?

Because it's badly lit?
-
@hlehyaric You do recall, they originally got down there with some sort of boring machine. Going down through the volcano might require more rope than they can readily obtain.
-
@sgunhouse @hlehyaric Gaaaaaaah, you pragmatic naysayers are as bad as those so-called scientists. My perfectly good proposition, derailed merely by boring facts & reality. It's shocking!
I'm off now to drink some bleach.
-
@guigirl Are you trying to join those who think bleach will stop Covid-19?
-
@sgunhouse You write that almost as if you think it doesn't.
It quite nicely washes down those horse-deworming tablets i also take...
Clearly my regimen is super bigly effective; it's been years since i last caught covid, leprosy or bubonic plague.
-
@guigirl I haven't caught leprosy or plague, but I have had Covid at least once. Not that it bothered me having it, the fact I was supposed to stay home bothered me more. Never tested after that once - what you don't know can't hurt you.
Incidentally, the prescription when I had it was Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc - no actual medicines. No fever reducer as I didn't have a fever by then, no antivirals, etc.
-
Bloody search engines!
-
@guigirl Are you saying you didn't know your doe was pregnant?
-
@guigirl Same on searx-private-search:
You win on searx.fmac & northboot:
It's a little bit distressful…

Giggling...

This bad-taste post is a kinda sorta age test [also, a test on tolerating spelling mismatches].
If i were to opine that because of this recent sad event, Kim Carnes would be one of the mourners, would anyone get it straight away, without needing to use a search engine?
