The worst is perhaps the kinds of user who knows just enough to have "ideas" and "opinions" on things but don't really understand how stuff actually works

I was almost going to agree til i remembered the actual even worse variant of that... someone with those attributes but also a raging sense of entitlement & demands to be paid attention to. IMO they're the real pearls.
