IDM download hover bar not showing

I newly installed the stable version of vivaldi, no extensions, no actions, a brand new vivaldi browser. But the problem is that the download hover bar of IDM still doesn't show.

I was using the snapshot version before and the idm hover bar was not showing up, I had feedback in the telegram group of vivaldi and received a reply suggesting I use the initial mode to rule out other factors. This time I installed a new stable version of the browser and tested it and found that the idm hover bar doesn't show up issue still exists

All other browsers display the idm download hover bar correctly, but not vivaldi.

Update: After testing, I found that vivaldi displays the idm hover bar properly in small window mode, but not when the window is maximized

@poto What is this "IDM" and how can we test this from a clean profile?

@pathduck The idm is a downloader, that's what I tested in a clean profile.

The extension works fine in other browsers, only vivaldi has a problem with the hover bar not showing up. And I found that vivaldi only shows the download hoverbar properly in small window mode, maximizing the window creates a conflict and causes the idm download hoverbar to disappear
