OGV not supported?

Is ogv format not supported? This is not working for me on clean profile https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7d/Efecto_de_la_oclusión_ambiental.ogv

@gregor Fails in Edge and Chromium, too.
Plays in Firefox after 20 seconds.

Play with FFMmpeg's ffplay after some seconds.
FFMpeg tells it is a broken file!

Yeah, looks like a Chromium issue. I doubt Vivaldi team will be able to do much about it until upstream support is improved.

For me, tested again, only after many seconds waiting.

4.0.2312.41 & 4.1.2358.15: Oh, on Windows 10 it fails sometimes, sometimes it plays after30 sec, , on Linux it plays after 30 sec.

My internal 4.1.2358.14 Daily plays after 15 sec.

All the trouble is caused by the broken encoding of the video.
