Solved Where to find the release notes?
-
hi, i have searched for the new version's release notes and just cannot find them. can anyone point me in the correct direction? thanks

Strange, can not fetch changelogs at this time.
Regular URL updater uses for changes:- for Snapshot:
https://update.vivaldi.com/update/1.0/relnotes/snapshot/VERSION.html
- for Stable:
https://update.vivaldi.com/update/1.0/relnotes/VERSION.html
You have to change word VERSION in URL to desired version.
Current 5.0 Stable has this URL for changes:
https://update.vivaldi.com/update/1.0/relnotes/5.0.2497.30.html
- for Snapshot:

But it is old.
Where is changelog between Vivaldi (5.0.2497.28 -> 5.0.2497.30)? -

The best way is to check https://vivaldi.com/blog/desktop/ and https://vivaldi.com/blog/desktop/updates/ on a regular base.
-
https://vivaldi.com/changelog-vivaldi-browser-5-0/
It is hard to see where is difference between the previous version and the current version.
Please, the developer should follow standard changelog structure.
https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/
Do not mix with Blog.Thanks.

@doctorg said in release notes:
