Weirdness when streaming/watching streams in Discord with Vivaldi

Hello,
Discord allows for streaming from another browsing tab when using the web client. When attempting to do so, after full-screening the streamed video within the tab's borders, once you return to Discord, the video immediately loses its full-screen status. Additionally, when moving the cursor over the stream preview, you can see it mirrored in the streamed video's tab. Neither of these things happen if the streamed video's tab is in a separate window from the Discord tab.
Also, when watching a stream, Discord gives the option to pop the stream out into a separate window. This works well, however if you refresh any open tab in the same window that also contains the Discord tab, the stream window pops back in by itself.
Anybody else seeing these issues?
