Where is search history stored?

Where is search history stored? I need to delete it but the setting does not remove it. If I completely uninstall Vivaldi and install again, would that help?
EDIT: places I have searched without success:
C:\Users (might have missed something)
Registry
Vivaldi installation (portable)Search history does not show in Firefox but only Vivaldi so that suggests it's not a Firefox thing or stored up in the cloud somewhere (I hope!)
Must be somewhere! Anyone?

@fidcal Hi, by "search history" you mean the search terms remembered from the search field(s)?
Unfortunately these are stored deep in Vivaldi's settings and there is no obvious way that I know to delete all of them at once. You can delete each one by selecting it and pressing Delete or the X.
You can use Tools > Delete Browsing Data (Ctrl+Shift+Del) as well and select "Browsing History, but this will of course also delete all History.
Vivaldi's implementation of this is not very good. I just turn off the search fields and use the address field for searches.

Hey, thanks for taking the trouble, pathduck! That worked! More specifically: Tools - Delete Browsing data - Form Autofill Data.
I closed down Vivaldi and reloaded it twice to make sure but it looks like the curse is lifted!
Thanks again.

Spoke too soon. New search history is back - something I typed in yesterday or this morning survived a relaunch of Vivaldi in a new session.
So it looks like one has to use Tools - Delete Browsing data - Form Autofill Data after every search!

@fidcal Yes, unfortunately there is no way AFAIK to turn this "feature" off in Vivaldi at the moment.
So it looks like one has to use Tools - Delete Browsing data - Form Autofill Data after every search!
Or, if you're worried what other will see - you could just not let anyone else use your browser profile?
