Bitwarden Extension - howto add?

I see people have installed the Bitwarden extension (with a few issues!).

My problem is I can't see a way to actually get the extension!

Clicking on the Vivaldi link on this page leads me to the Chrome Store.

I cannot see anywhere to actually download/install the extension!

I see links to download the app for Android etc.

How on earth do I install this?

Be sure to enable Web Store in Settings | Privacy | Google Extensions.
