Translation incomplete

I'm viewing a page in a foreign language and used the Translation feature. The immediate area displayed was correctly translated but as I scroll down the page the subsequent content is not translated even though the Translation icon in the Address Bar shows that the feature is functioning.

Reverting to original language scrolling down and translating again did cause the additional content to translate but also added a strange string of Zeros across the page.
