4.0.2312.25 opening notes manager

I'm using Vivaldi for Windows (10) 4.0.2312.25 (Stable channel) (64-bit)
From Vivaldi's online help: "To access the full window Notes Manager"... one of the options is:
"Right-click on a note in the Notes Panel and select Open in Note Editor."
The attached screen shot is what I see when I right-click a note in the Notes panel. There is no Open in Note Editor item when the note is right-clicked. What have I missed here?

I have the same bug, reported as "(VB-80672) Under Menu Customization > Notes List, "Edit" does not appear in context menu despite being present in Settings".
-
@romidar Middle-click will also open the note in the notes manager (Edit: if it has no URL, otherwise it will open the address from which the note was copied).

Double click on note to edit in Notes Editor
Thanks for these several replies. The apparent bug aside, the sheer obviousness of trying a double-click—which I did not try—suggests that the problem is about 40% user error. : )
-
@romidar The Edit Note option is needed for the cases where double-click and middle-click will open the webpage from which the note was copied.

@romidar I apologize for my fault, my notes do not have a URL, that's why they open in Editor mode.
I hope some next 4.0 Snapshot will get a "Open in Editor" button in Notes panel. Such button is in work.
@Gwen-Dragon I am confused again. While searching for the new edit button for notes in next Snapshot
I downloaded & installed C:\Users\Office\Downloads\Vivaldi.4.0.2312.27.x64.exe
but Help > About displays this -

> I apologize for my faultNot a problem! The ability to accomplish this with a double-click certainly solves it. ... This thread reminds me to submit a feature request (if it hasn't already been submitted): the ability to export notes in HTML format. The JSON format now used is—for some reason—almost impossible for various online JSON-to-HTML converters to make into something comprehensible. If I had enough brain matter left I'd hunker down with a code editor and script my way out of this—but parsing JSON is just too advanced for this aging brain, alas.

@romidar There is a command to export notes. Open Settings and type "Export Notes." Assign any command that you like.
It will export each note to a separate text file. This note, for example:
What is Vivaldi’s Business Model?
Will be exported as this text:
[What is Vivaldi’s Business Model?](https://vivaldi.com/blog/vivaldi-business-model/) Tue Nov 05 2019 08:48:36 GMT+0000 (Greenwich Mean Time)

Thanks. I know about the export feature. It's the formatting of the exported material I'm interested in seeing improved. I'm an admin of an online forum and I keep notes in Vivaldi concerning particular posts or comments (to be able to do this is an excellent feature). Having scores of exported notes, each in its own file, is the last way I would want to export and keep track of them.
In the past I have exported that way as a test. The results were confusing in terms of the contents of the exports—and, not all notes were exported (more confusing yet). Whether that particular flaw still exists, I don't know. (I should have filed a bug report about it.)
